Our inaugural International Summer Conference on values-based leadership and ESG business strategy development took place from August 30th to September 1st, 2024, at the scenic Mariënkroon conference centre. Participants shared good practices, co-created authentic transformation multidimensional growth strategies, and rethought business, all based on the innovation of the Economy of Communion, Circular Economy, Social Enterprise, and New Work. Attendees became first-movers in ESG trends and gained a competitive advantage for their organizations. Renowned keynote speakers, top business leaders, innovative academics, start-up entrepreneurs, and visionary students enriched the program. Experiences were shared, knowledge was expanded, and networks of like-minded individuals with the goal of building a more sustainable future were enlarged.
